Verify dental insurance benefits and process patient billing and co-pays

Maintain and update patient records accurately in dental practice management software

Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth daily patient flow

Manage front office administrative tasks including filing, faxing, and correspondence

Prior experience in a dental front office required.

Familiarity with dental practice management software specifically Dentrix.

Knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing processes.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills

High school diploma or equivalent required
