Graphic DesignerUnion City, CA 94587Employment Type: ContractJob DescriptionPosition Title: Graphic DesignerPosition Description: Protingent Staffing has an immediate, high-priority contract opportunity for a Graphic Designer Contractor for our client in Union City, CA. Supports the marketing team in producing compelling visual content across both print and digital media Assists with overflow design work and contributes to multi-channel marketing campaigns Ensures strict brand consistency across product marketing, corporate materials, tradeshows, and social media platforms Maintains and organizes design assets, project files, and documentation in alignment with FDA online marketing guidelines, GMP, and ISO 13485 processes Applies corporate design standards to effectively prepare charts, graphs, and visual tools that convey technical and product informationJob Responsibilities:Assist in updating and redesigning marketing collateral based on team requestsSupport design projects from concept through production and distribution across digital, print, and video platformsCollaborate with cross-functional team members to develop graphics for social media, online applications, events, and tradeshowsEdit photos, resize assets, and repurpose existing designs as neededPrepare charts, graphs, and visual tools to clearly convey technical or product informationMaintain and organize design assets, project files, and technical documentationEnsure all created materials comply with internal Quality System policies, FDA marketing guidelines, GMP, and ISO 13485 standardsMaintain clear verbal and written communication while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentJob Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field with 2+ years of graphic or digital design experience (corporate experience preferred)Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)Background in the medical device, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry preferred, including familiarity with regulatory requirements for marketing materialsHands-on experience managing design projects from concept to production across both print and digital mediaStrong creative thinking and design skills with high attention to detailFamiliarity with project collaboration tools (e.g., com, Trello) is a plusStrong ability to express technical and design concepts clearly through written and verbal English communicationAbility to start immediately and work on-site in Union City 4 days per weekJob Details:Job Type: ContractSalary Range: $45-$55/hrLocation: Union City, CA (Hybrid: 4 days on-site / 1 day remote)Benefits Package: Protingent offers competitive salaries, insurance plan options (HDHP plan or POS plan), education/certification reimbursement, pre-tax commuter benefits, Paid Time Off (PTO), and an administered 401k plan.Protingent is an award-winning provider of top-tier Engineering and IT talent, trusted by companies at the forefront of innovation—from Software and Aerospace to AI, Clean Tech, Medical Devices, and Connected Technologies.
