Recruiter (hourly recruitment)

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently working with a company looking for a Recruiter in the Irving TX area. Source and engage qualified candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other channels
Screen applicants and manage activity within the ATS
Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines and relationships
Partner with stakeholders to support hiring needs with urgency and professionalism
3+ years of recruiting experience (professional roles)

• Agency and/or corporate recruiting background preferred
• Experience with ATS, CRM, and recruiting tools (Greenhouse a plus)
• Demonstrated professionalism, sound judgment, and relationship-building ability

Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
Employment Type: 3-4 month contract assignment
Compensation: $28-32/hr.
Pay Details: $28.00 to $33.00 per hour
