Head of Project Management (Construction)

General Contractor with a highly successful mission critical / data center division is looking to hire Assistant Project Managers and Project Managers ready to take on career‑defining work in the Northern Virginia area. Applicants open to project management professionals from a subcontractor or general contractor background.

3+ years of Construction experience working for a commercial construction general contractor demonstrating progressive growth in responsibilities.

• Experience of working on a large scale project as an Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager, ideally within data centers however any commercial construction background will be considered.
• A construction related degree such as engineering, architecture or construction management is desired but not essential.
• On-site position in the company HQ in Northern Virginia 5 days a week.

Base salary range $85K-$115K for Assistant Project Managers, $100K - $125K for Project Managers.

• Yearly bonus, percentage of your base.

• 3 weeks starting PTO plus 10 paid federal holidays.
