Turn heads, amplify your style, and own your own chair at Floyd's 99 Barbershop. We are currently seeking a full-time Hair Stylist/Barber in Lutherville, MD. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who are passionate about the art of hairstyling and customer service. At Floyd's, you choose how you earn: start at 40% commission and climb to 55% with no caps, or opt for guaranteed minimum wage - either way, your hustle pays off. We reward performance weekly, so the more you bring in, the more you take home - simple, fair, and fully in your hands. Our Barbers and Stylists usually take home an average of $31 - $56.50/hour. The position requires flexible availability , including evening and weekend shifts, to accommodate client needs. Your schedule will reflect the busy demands of a thriving barbershop, with a focus on providing excellent service during peak hours.
