Position Summary We are seeking an experienced IAM SailPoint Administrator to support and manage Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) platforms, primarily SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and Non-Employee Risk Management (NERM). This role will be responsible for identity lifecycle management, access governance, provisioning workflows, certification campaigns, entitlement administration, and directory services support.
Hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)
SailPoint Non-Employee Risk Management (NERM)
Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
Technical Skills SailPoint configuration and administration
Identity Profiles, Access Profiles, Roles, and Policies
Application onboarding and entitlement management
Education Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related discipline OR equivalent professional experience

Key Responsibilities SailPoint Administration Administer and maintain SailPoint ISC platform configurations.
Configure Identity Profiles, Access Profiles, Roles, Policies, and Lifecycle Events.
Support automated provisioning and deprovisioning workflows.
Support integrations with Active Directory, Entra ID, HRIS systems, Epic, FreshService, and other enterprise applications.
Support certification processes and remediation activities.
Application Onboarding & Integration Onboard applications into SailPoint ISC.
Define access roles and governance policies alongside application owners.
Support testing and validation for SAML
Experience with Epic
Cerner
Experience with AWS IAM
Google Cloud IAM
Microsoft Entra ID

Experience supporting healthcare or other highly regulated industries.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
