Pyramid Healthcare's Charlotte Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT) is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-intensity behavioral health nursing services directly within the community.

This position is ideal for nurses looking to step away from traditional bedside settings and into a rewarding, field-based role where they can build meaningful relationships, promote recovery, and make a lasting impact in the lives of individuals living with severe mental illness.

Our ACTT program operates as a "hospital without walls," delivering comprehensive, community-based mental health services to individuals who need intensive support and may otherwise struggle to access care.

Hospital diversion support

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina

Valid driver's license with the ability to travel locally throughout the community

Behavioral health, psychiatric, or community nursing experience preferred, but not required
