Deliver thorough, ongoing care for patients of all ages, from children to seniors.
Address chronic conditions, preventive health measures, acute illnesses, and mental health issues with a focus on patient well-being.
Work alongside care coordinators, mental health specialists, and other professionals to provide comprehensive care.
Engage in quality enhancement initiatives aimed at improving patient outcomes and service excellence.
Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) effectively to keep accurate patient documentation current.
Provide flexible options for patient care, including both in-person and telehealth services.
MD or DO from an accredited medical institution.
Completion of a Family Medicine residency program accredited by the ACGME.
Board Certification in Family Medicine is required.
Active Louisiana medical license (or eligibility for one).
experience with EMR systems and telehealth platforms is a plus.
