Responsibilities Provide hairstyling services, including colors, perms, fashion trends, and other services as requested by clients.
Build and maintain a clientele and maximize earnings with walk-in customers, tips, and commissions (straight commissions or hourly, whichever is higher).
Participate in ongoing training to elevate your skills (online and in-person).
Referral bonuses for every friend or family member who joins.
Same-day access to tips (cash and credit card).
Online booking system to help grow your clientele.
