Here are the notes for the ideal candidate the HM is seeking:

This candidate will be working in the paint shop and this is a "painting" job.
We need someone who is a positive person, who is a team player & has a team mindset/attitude not a solo type mentality.
We are looking for a family member who is willing to grow and learn.
The ideal person is someone who is willing to step in and help as needed, this is a very tight-knit team, more painter inclined- this person will be a painter for the composite building in the back of the shop, they are willing to teach anyone, but someone w/painting experience would be preferred.
