A fast-growing consumer brand is seeking a highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to join its People Team in Miami. This role is critical to the success of the company’s talent acquisition function, ensuring recruiting operations run smoothly while delivering a high-touch, positive experience for every candidate.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Talent Management , the Recruiting Coordinator will support the full recruitment lifecycle — from launching new searches to coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and assisting with offers. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and enjoys being the operational backbone of a growing recruiting team.

Schedule and organize virtual and onsite interviews, including travel coordination when needed

Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and hiring teams throughout the interview process

Recruiting Operations

Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to launch searches, gather requisition details, and organize interview panels

Track employee referral candidates throughout the hiring process

Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accurate documentation and data integrity

Offer & Hiring Support

Support hiring managers and recruiters through final hiring stages

Reporting & Process Improvement

Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly recruiting reports and metrics

Monitor recruiting campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement

Support sourcing activities, candidate outreach, and initial screenings as needed

Conduct research on talent market trends and pipeline opportunities

Administrative & Project Support

Provide operational and administrative support to senior People leadership

Contribute ideas and improvements to recruiting processes as the organization scales

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or related field preferred

2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, or HR support

1+ year of experience supporting sourcing, screening, or recruiting operations preferred

Strong understanding of recruiting workflows, interview processes, and hiring best practices

Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities
