Recruiter - 2nd Shift (Remote)

Reporting directly into the Manager, Talent Acquisition, the Recruiter will support the recruitment of positions that range from hourly to supervisor level for several CJ Logistics' warehouses and distribution centers.

Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs for each position
Meet hiring goals while ensuring the candidate experience is of the highest standards • Manage high volume/full recruiting lifecycle for warehouse/distribution positions for multiple locations ranging from hourly to supervisor positions.
Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screens • Passively recruit and engage candidates
Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative strategies to find quality candidates and prospective future candidates
Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements in partnership with hiring managers
Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred

• 2+ years of recruiting experience - experience in supply chain a plus
• Working knowledge of ATS and HRIS systems
• Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.

Sit for prolonged periods of time at a desk while working on a computer
Use hands and fingers to operate a keyboard, mouse, and telephone
Speak and hear clearly in person, virtually, and over the phone

This position operates in a professional office environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment, such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and printers.
Location/Remote Eligibility
This is a hybrid role based out of our (New Century, KS or Riverside, MO) office. Regular, on-site presence is required (4) days per week or as otherwise directed by the company.
Work hours may vary by shift assignment and may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime based on business needs.
Flexible hours may be required to support deadlines or cross-functional collaboration.
