Being a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is more than a profession-it's a purpose. What You'll Be DoingConduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plansDeliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goalsTrain, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior TechniciansCollaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomesCollect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisionsParticipate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development
