Physician Rural Family Medicine - South Haven, Michigan
Bronson LakeView Family Care - Blue Star is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join their established Family Medicine practice in South Haven, Michigan.
Candidate will work alongside one physician and two APP's
No OB or inpatient medicine opportunity
Hospital-employed, outpatient only position
As a Rural Health practice, we will work with the APP to create a schedule to offer appointments as early as 7:00 am or as late as 7 pm at least one day a week.
Team Approach with Ambulatory Care Manager, social worker, Pharmacist as well as nurse triage.
Full-time with flexible scheduling

BC/BE in Family Medicine
Current and Unrestricted State Medical License as MD/DO and DEA Licensure
