Responsibilities Provide professional hair styling, cutting, coloring, and grooming services using industry best practices
Perform specialized treatments such as hair extensions, threading, and makeup application to enhance client satisfaction
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations and salon policies
Receive online Google calls from the salon landline and get immediate customers
Offer expert advice on hair care routines, product recommendations, and upselling additional services to maximize client experience
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired look and provide personalized recommendations
Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques on hair styling, barbering, and customer service excellence
Skills Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a strong portfolio of hair styling and barbering work
Interest and skills in knowing about locs, loc styles, and natural hair to make every customer feel comfortable in their skin
Skilled in various hair techniques including coloring, cutting, styling, hair extensions, and hair threading
Knowledge of sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff
Expertise in cosmetology or barbering licenses as required by local regulations
Strong understanding of color theory for effective hair coloring results
Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients and understanding their needs
Experience with store management tasks including inventory control and customer service excellence
