Active and unrestricted RN license
Minimum of two years recent ICU experience in a hospital setting
Ability to remain calm and effective during emergencies
Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care for critically ill adults
Monitor, interpret, and respond to complex patient data including hemodynamics, laboratory results, and diagnostics
Administer medications, infusions, and advanced therapeutic interventions consistent with ICU protocols
Implement individualized care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
Deliver patient and family education regarding diagnosis, procedures, and ongoing care
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection control, and patient safety standards
