Virtual Biology Teacher
Virtual Vocations Inc
As the Teacher in Charge of Biology, the fully remote educator will teach and mentor students, ensuring high-quality curriculum delivery and supporting the development of the Biology teaching team across New Zealand and Australia.
Key responsibilities
Teach Biology classes and plan engaging lessons aligned with IGCSE and A-Level specifications
Support academic leadership with quality assurance and contribute to curriculum review and assessment planning
Mentor and onboard new Biology teachers while promoting student enrichment through related activities and competitions
Required qualifications
Qualified teacher with strong subject expertise in Biology
Experience teaching secondary-level Biology
Understanding of International GCSE (IGCSE) and A-Level programmes, with knowledge of Pearson Edexcel and/or Cambridge specifications preferred
Proficient in using digital learning platforms for online teaching
Interest in innovative educational approaches, including AI-supported learning Virtual Vocations Inc
