Fabrication Welder WEEKLY PAY

Schedule: 45–65 hours per week (overtime required)

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Flux Core Welder to join our team. This position involves heavy welding in a fast-paced production environment and requires the ability to work extended hours, including overtime. Candidates must be comfortable working 45–65 hours per week as production demands fluctuate.

Perform flux core (FCAW) welding on structural steel and/or fabricated components

Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols

Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently

Inspect welds to ensure quality and compliance with specifications

Grind, clean, and prepare materials before and after welding

Previous flux core welding experience required

Strong attention to detail and quality

Manufacturing/industrial setting
