Senior Instructional Design Professional

American Credit Acceptance is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer who enjoys building learning solutions, leading program design, and working closely with others to make them happen.

Design and lead impactful learning programs

Lead the design and development of engaging training across eLearning, instructor‑led, and blended formats

Turn complex business or compliance topics into clear, learner‑friendly content

Design full programs and learning paths that support associate and leader development

Facilitate training sessions, especially for programs you develop

Help power learning through technology

Partner with leaders to solve business challenges through training and development

Establish strong standards for instructional design, structure, and quality

Use data and feedback to continuously improve learning programs

5+ years of instructional design experience in a professional or corporate environment

Strong experience creating eLearning using Articulate Storyline or similar tools

Experience facilitating training in classroom or hybrid environments

Strong organization and project management skills

Proficiency in visual design and graphic best practices, with the ability to create clean, engaging learning materials

Experience developing instructional videos or multimedia learning assets

Finance and/or auto lending experience

Experience mentoring others or serving as a senior team resource

Ability to invest back to the community with 4 paid hours of volunteer time

This is a full-time onsite role in Spartanburg, SC.
