The Retail Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based at VP Fitness in Providence, RI. This position is responsible for engaging members and visitors, promoting and selling fitness-related products and services, and providing a welcoming, supportive retail experience. Day-to-day tasks include greeting customers, answering questions about products, memberships, and training options, and maintaining up-to-date product knowledge to make informed recommendations. The role also involves processing sales transactions, handling returns and exchanges, maintaining clean and organized retail displays, and restocking merchandise. The Retail Sales Representative collaborates with fitness staff to support promotional campaigns, communicates current offers, and helps ensure that every guest receives high-quality customer service aligned with the VP Fitness philosophy.

Candidates should possess strong Retail Sales and Sales skills, including the ability to meet sales goals and promote fitness products and services.
