Responsibilities:
Assesses the patient
Develops the plan of care.
Assists in providing care post-operatively.
Implements the plan of care.
Provides patient, family, and/or significant other health teaching/education.
Supports life long learning
Completes assigned goals
Minimum Required Experience:
~2 years of hospital experience preferred.
