Conduct first article and in-process inspections. Maintain quality standards and ensure dimensional accuracy. Work closely with manufacturing and quality teams to improve efficiency and reduce scrap. Qualifications 5+ years of CNC machining experience. Strong CNC setup and troubleshooting experience. Experience operating multi-axis CNC mills. Experience using calipers, micrometers, indicators, height gauges, and other precision measuring equipment. Aerospace, defense, or high-precision manufacturing experience preferred.
