Freelance Producer

Team Epiphanyis seeking aNYC-based Producerto work closely with agency creatives in driving ideation, strategy, and problem-solving across multiple disciplines. Own the full lifecycle of production budgets — from creation to reconciliation and audit

Oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely and on-budget execution

Develop and manage production documents; Hire, manage, and lead teams of producers and freelance staff

Partner with Senior Producers and department leads throughout project lifecycles

3 days/week in-office

Prior experience managing or producing events for an agency or brand

Excellent time management and organizational skills across multiple concurrent projects

Able to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to shifting priorities

Proficient in Mac OS and collaboration tools including Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Keynote, Slack, and Zoom

Prior experience in content production is a plus
