Develop and implement menu planning and food service operations to meet the dietary needs of our residents
Conduct audits and evaluations of food service operations to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality metrics
Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident diets, nutrition plans, and food service operations
Participate in staff training and education programs to stay current with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
