Manufacturing Quality & Compliance Manager

Ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, Nadcap, FAR, DFARS, ITAR, OEM standards, and IATF 16949 automotive requirements
Supervise and mentor the Quality team
Oversee supplier qualifications and equipment calibration
Support APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) and PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) for automotive programs
Promote safety and regulatory compliance across operations
Bachelor’s degree + 10 years in engineering or quality
Experience in aerospace and/or automotive manufacturing (steel, aluminum, titanium, etc.)
Familiarity with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and automotive Core Tools (FMEA, MSA, SPC)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
