Full/Part Time Front Desk Receptionist

As a Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face and voice of Lenape Valley Foundation (LVF), setting the tone for every individual who calls or walks through our doors. Based in our Doylestown location, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment and is passionate about helping others access mental health and wellness services. We are looking for someone to work full-time in our Doylestown location!

Reception Responsibilities:

Use reports to confirm coverage for scheduled services and coordinate with billing staff as needed.

Maintain data integrity in the Electronic Medical Records system.

Answer and respond to incoming calls promptly, providing accurate information about LVF and community services.
