Job Overview We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented, and client-focused Litigation Paralegal for our St. Petersburg office to support our probate and estate litigation practice. The ideal candidate will have experience in litigation support and an interest or background in probate, guardianship, or trust litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities Draft, prepare, and file pleadings, motions, notices, and other litigation documents; conduct legal research and summarize findings as needed

ensure all case activity is properly documented in the firm’s case management system

Qualifications Proven experience as a litigation paralegal (probate or estate litigation experience required)
