LHH is assisting a highly regarded law firm in its search for an experienced
Real Estate Transactions Attorney
This is a fully remote opportunity for a California-licensed attorney looking to handle sophisticated real estate transactions while enjoying a collaborative, people-first culture.
The attorney will partner closely with clients and colleagues on a variety of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing transactions, development projects, and general real estate business matters. This role offers meaningful client contact, substantial responsibility, and the opportunity to work alongside a highly supportive team of experienced attorneys.

D. from an accredited law school
7+ years of real estate transactions experience
Experience handling acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and related commercial real estate matters
Strong drafting, negotiation, and client counseling skills
