As a PTA, you will play a vital role in our rehabilitation team, providing high-quality care to our patients in a state-of-the-art facility. Responsibilities:Assist Physical Therapists in the implementation of treatment plans, including exercises, stretches, and other interventionsConduct treatments under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, including gait training, balance exercises, and transfer activitiesMonitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the Physical TherapistEducate patients and their families on home exercise programs and provide guidance on proper techniquesMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress and treatment plansCollaborate with other members of the rehabilitation team to ensure comprehensive careAbout the Role:As a Physical Therapist Assistant at Morristown Post Acute Rehabilitation & Nursing, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, supporting patients in their recovery from a variety of conditions, including cardiac, orthopedic, renal, and pulmonary issues.
