Retail Sales Merchandiser Full Time

Northern Sales Company, a respected leader in the industry for over 60 years, is seeking a dependable Route Sales Merchandiser to join our team in Fairbanks, AK. Merchandise store shelves and displays to ensure products are well-presented and fully stocked

Adapt to varying schedules based on company and customer needs

Rotate products and remove unsalable items to maintain freshness and quality standards

Maintain backroom areas and shelves in a neat and orderly condition

Collaborate with store personnel and company team members to achieve merchandising goals

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Preferably two (2) years of merchandising experience

Understanding of merchandising and product displays preferred, or willingness to learn

Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and sound judgment

Must be at least 21 years old

Reliable transportation

Compensation

$21 per hour
