Store Merchandiser I - Merchandising

The Merchandise Planner will be responsible for setting up processes to support EU digital and store growth for all categories.

He/she will work with their leader to provide crucial in-depth sales & inventory analysis, as well as recommendations to the international team, to maximize sales and profitability for client and its Franchise Partners.

Manage sales plans and inventory levels for EU digital channel.

Partner with client team to understand market trends, nuances, risk/opportunity to achieve business goals.

Analyze and drive business performance/trends to ensure assortment maximizes growth potential, incorporating assortment planning and tiering analysis.

C.s and operating models based on merchandise and sales trends

Ensure digital active dates are accurate and information is flowing from the international merchant assortment tool (MAT) and the Digital Active Date (DAD) tool.

Ensure that international exclusives are flowing thru the domestic product development process (PDP) and that all attributes are getting populated for client and or franchise data handoff

Manage merchandise inventory levels in the EU DC and ensure accurate ring-fencing across channels through inbound receipt tracking and collaboration with Merchandise Planners, Demand Forecasters, and Deployment Analysts.

Continually monitor and adjust inventory in-season to minimize markdowns and deliver end of season mark-out-of-stock.

Align client inventory expectations with the brand deployment strategy through continuous education of client inventory management process.

3-5 years of experience in analytical positions such as merchandise planning, inventory deployment, demand forecasting, finance, or logistics

High level of technical proficiency using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Access

Excellent statistical/quantitative analysis skills

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and customer types/levels

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
