Thrive Dentistry is seeking a dependable, certified Registered Dental Assistant to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will be experienced in chairside assisting, possess strong communication skills, and hold necessary certifications including radiology and CPR. As a key member of our team, you will support dentists during procedures, maintain dental equipment and supplies, and help ensure a smooth, professional patient experience. Pay $28~$30 per hour

Requirements Basic life support

Cardiopulmonary resuscitation

Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant

X-ray / Radiography Certification

Radiology Certification (Michigan X-Ray Certification required).

Current CPR Certification.

Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) preferred.

Strong chairside assisting skills and experience.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Reliable, organized, and professional demeanor.

Ability to maintain and manage dental equipment and supplies.

Job Description Provide chairside assistance to dentists during various dental procedures.

Prepare treatment rooms and ensure instruments and equipment are sterilized and ready for use.

Take and develop dental radiographs following safety protocols.

Maintain dental equipment and manage inventory of supplies.

Communicate effectively with patients, explaining procedures and providing comfort.

Document patient treatment and maintain accurate records.

Follow infection control and safety procedures to ensure a clean clinical environment.

Collaborate with the dental team to promote efficient office workflow and excellent patient care.

Shift & Schedule Monday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Sunday: Closed
