Retail Staff Pharmacist Full or Part-time

S. multi-state cannabis operator with more than 90 licensed retail locations across Florida, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Ohio, New Jersey, Nevada, Virginia, and Delaware. The Pharmacist is responsible for overseeing the safe and compliant dispensing of cannabis products in accordance with Virginia regulations, company policies, and established operating procedures. Oversee dispensing activities to ensure cannabis products are provided accurately and in compliance with Virginia regulations and company procedures

Supervise pharmacy technicians, interns, and dispensing staff in accordance with regulatory requirements

Support compliance with inventory controls, product handling, and recordkeeping standards

Assist with audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews as needed

Partner with dispensary operations manager to support workflow, compliance, and daily operations

Help maintain a safe, organized, and compliant dispensing environment

Active pharmacist license in the Commonwealth of Virginia and in good standing

Ability to meet all state licensing and regulatory requirements related to cannabis dispensing

Minimum of 1 year of pharmacist experience in a retail, pharmacy, or regulated dispensing environment preferred
