Technical Training Facilitator I - Aerospace

Provide technical training primarily related to manufacturing processes at the Lynnwood site. Evaluate training effectiveness. Work closely with operational organizations to identify training needs and training resources. Support the Quality, Manufacturing and Human Resources departments.

Minimum Qualifications: Experience: 2+ years’ experience training in a manufacturing environment. Experience training soldering, crimping, SMT, IPC, bonding and coating, and other manufacturing process training preferred. Knowledge: Training coordination, scheduling and delivery; Basic Assembly Drawings Terminal Soldering High Voltage Interconnectors Hand Crimping Bonding & Coating SMT PCB Soldering IPC.
