Senior Technical Sourcer, Recruiting

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or 5+ years of professional experience as a technical recruiter

5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably in-house

Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with senior leadership and hiring managers

Proven ability to recruit across a wide range of skill sets, from early-career to senior technical and corporate roles

• Desirable) Background in hardware recruiting, specifically electrical, mechanical, technicians, etc
• Desirable) Experience building diverse and inclusive teams
• Desirable) Expertise in both traditional and non-traditional recruiting methods, including cold outreach, networking, and targeted sourcing campaigns
• Desirable) Ability to work autonomously, adapt to shifting priorities, and develop deep role-specific expertise
• Must be willing to work extended hours and weekends as necessary to meet company goals

You will own the full-cycle recruitment process—from intake and sourcing strategy to closing top-tier candidates—while serving as a trusted partner to hiring managers and a champion of Radiant’s mission to deliver the world’s first portable zero-carbon nuclear microreactor.

Own and manage the full-cycle recruiting process, delivering an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to signed offer

Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to define hiring strategies, establish best practices, and close high-caliber talent

Develop and uphold consistent, structured hiring processes that assess and attract mission-aligned candidates

Drive creative and proactive sourcing strategies, including targeted campaigns, industry networking, and non-traditional recruiting channels

Represent Radiant at recruiting, networking, and industry events to build talent pipelines and strengthen employer brand

Identify and implement process improvements in the recruitment function, leveraging data and metrics to inform decisions
