Material Handler - Direct Hire
22.00/hour | 1st Shift
Pro Resources is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Material Handler for a growing manufacturing company in Fort Wayne, IN. Overtime is likely available on Fridays
Receive, inspect, and store raw materials, components, and finished products.
Deliver materials to production areas to keep manufacturing running efficiently.
Safely load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
Perform inventory counts and help maintain accurate inventory records.
Record material movements using inventory management software.
Work closely with production, quality, and shipping teams to meet daily production goals.
Previous experience as a Material Handler, Forklift Operator, Shipping & Receiving Associate, or in a similar manufacturing role.
Manufacturing or industrial experience required.
Forklift experience is required; Basic computer skills and experience with inventory or warehouse systems.
Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the workday.
Four-day workweek with overtime opportunities
