Full Time Food Runner/Busser

Overview Food Runner Job Description: Executes the delivery of food to tables and ensures customers have everything they need. They make sure each customer at the table is satisfied with their food, and, if needed, bring extra dressing, more silverware, or correct any mistakes about their order. The food runner also pre-busses the table of dirty dishes before leaving the customer.
Responsibilities Deliver food to tables and ensure customers do not need anything else.
Confirm customer satisfaction with their meals and address requests for extras or corrections as needed.
Pre-bus and maintain clean tables by removing dirty dishes before departing.
Qualifications Must be at least 15 years old.
Outgoing personality
Experience providing excellent customer service
Ability to communicate with a team
Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift 25 pounds
Ability to stand and stay active for long periods of time
Maintaining standards of cleanliness and following health code requirements
Ability to work weekends and holidays
Reliable transportation
Timeliness and urgency are mandatory
