Make a real difference as a travel PTA. You will work with patients recovering from injury or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.

Active Illinois PTA license required to start the assignment.

Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.

Experience with standard skilled nursing documentation, restorative programs, and working with geriatric populations preferred.

Ability to work a full-time schedule and complete required facility onboarding and background checks.

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Rock Falls and downtown Sterling are connected by a short drive across the river, with local dining, museums, and community events within a 10-minute commute. Starved Rock State Park is approximately 35–40 miles away, providing hiking, canyons, and boating for an adventurous weekend. The area is within a one-hour drive to the Quad Cities and offers regional transit options and highway access for commuting or weekend travel.
