Full Time Mental Health LPN

Are you a new or seasoned LPN with a passion for mental health looking for a full-time role? We are seeking compassionate and motivated full-time Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Virginia REACH team in supporting individuals with I/DD and mental health needs at our warm, home-like Crisis Therapeutic Home (CTH) in Staunton, VA.

*Monday - Friday, 3pm-11pm
Monday - Friday, 11pm-7am
Provide compassionate medical and nursing support to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and co-occurring behavioral health needs
Conduct nursing assessments
Educate and empower individuals regarding their mental and physical health
Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, person-centered care
Maintain thorough and timely documentation of all nursing services and observations
Uphold compliance with all regulatory and clinical care standards to ensure the highest quality of service

Competitive rate: $26.00 - $31.00 per hour for this full time, non-exempt position
