Mechanical Engineer - Facilities Management ExpertYou are a P.S. in Mechanical Engineering and 10+ years of Facilities Maintenance/Management experience (commercial, institutional, and/or residential). As a Mechanical Engineer - Facilities Management Expert, you will:Investigate facilities and grounds maintenance and management incidents.Analyze documents and on-site conditions to determine the facts and issues at hand.Use your cumulative training, experience, and critical thinking skills.Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.Experience: 10+ years of experience as a commercial, institutional, and/or residential Facilities Manager with hands-on experience assessing, running, and troubleshooting building systems; experience managing a winter maintenance crew is a plus.Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of facilities and grounds safety.Skills: Excellent technical, analytical, writing, and communication skills.Approximately 20% travel for inspections; the remainder is focused on analysis and report drafting, working independently and as part of a collaborative team.ABOUT US:Robson Forensic is a national leader in expert witness consulting, providing technical expertise across many fields within engineering, architecture, science, and a broad range of specialty disciplines.Employees at Robson Forensic work alongside highly respected experts from both industry and academia.
