Head of Customer Service and Experience

This role encompasses day to day business systems and operations management as well as mentoring and coaching others to deliver on customer satisfaction expectations. Help coordinate dispatching, job completion and billing, review timecards, invoices and material inventories, perform technician ride along's and inspect vehicles and tools to ensure compliance with company service standards and processes that drive profitability.

As a professional HVAC Service Manager, you are responsible for operating a well organized, profitable service department by interacting with customers, technicians, addressing technical issues, managing department expenses, and maximizing operational efficiencies.

• Ensure World-Class Customer Service - Train, mentor and develop service staff to deliver on company service standards and activities that drive customer satisfaction.
• Operational Efficiency - Review timecards, scheduling, dispatching, material inventories and more to maximize operational efficiencies.
• Stay Organized and Outcome Oriented - From ensuring the right parts arrive at the right job sites to managing billing, warranty information, invoices, assisting with collections, tracking commissions and responding to customer complaints, your daily actions contribute to the overall growth of the service department.
