Physical Therapist

Tryfacta is seeking a Physical Therapist for our client in Nashville, GA 31639. This is a temporary contract assignment. Physical Therapist Location: Nashville, GA 31639 Duration: 13 weeks with high possibility of extension Guaranteed Hours: 40hrs Shift: 8am to 4pm

Duties: Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with state/federal regulations and facility guidelines. Responsible for patient evaluation, development of individualized treatment plans, and delivery of direct therapy to restore function and mobility. Responsibilities: Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate Develop and update treatment/discharge plans of care Document services accurately and timely Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs per practice acts Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT) Active state PT license (or ability to obtain) Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs
