The Role We're hiring our first in-house recruiter — someone who finds real satisfaction in the hunt: sourcing relentlessly, running a tight process, and closing candidates who weren't actively looking. Technical hiring is where we need you most. What You’ll Do Own full-cycle technical recruiting — from kickoff through close — across engineering, product, and adjacent technical roles
Partner with hiring managers to calibrate the bar and run structured, high-signal interview loops
Track and improve your own funnel metrics — time-to-fill, offer-accept rate, source quality
Manage multiple technical searches simultaneously without compromising quality or candidate experience
What We’re Looking For 4-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with meaningful time at early-stage or high-growth startups
Proven track record hiring technical talent — engineers, infrastructure, product — with a high, well-calibrated bar
Motivated by being the best in the market at full-cycle technical recruiting
Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco
