From new product launches and promotional campaigns to social media content, event materials, packaging, digital advertising, and distributor communications, our design team plays a critical role in shaping how our brand shows up around the world.

This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects across multiple channels while partnering with teams throughout the organization, including Marketing, Product Development, Field Development, Events, and E-Commerce.

Create compelling digital and print marketing materials that support product launches, promotions, events, and business initiatives.

Design social media graphics, digital advertising, email assets, website content, presentation materials, and distributor-facing communications.

Support packaging, product collateral, merchandising, and promotional campaigns.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into effective creative solutions.

Maintain brand consistency across all customer and distributor touchpoints.

Participate in creative concept development and contribute fresh ideas that elevate the SeneGence brand.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or related field preferred.

3+ years of professional graphic design experience.

Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across digital and print design.

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Experience designing for consumer brands, beauty, fashion, lifestyle, direct sales, retail, or e-commerce environments preferred.

Experience creating content optimized for social media and digital marketing channels.

Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills

Strong visual design, typography, layout, and branding skills.

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Passion for staying current on design trends, social media trends, and emerging creative technologies.

The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate will have experiences in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms.
