Senior Producer - Production Management

SketchDeck builds and runs dedicated creative teams for global brands. We’re growing the team supporting a Fortune 100 company’s content studio — a set of small, agile creative pods that own work end-to-end, from executive and internal communications to social, digital and editorial content. (The Senior Integrated Producer, Editorial is a hands-on production lead who owns the editorial pod’s output and leads the team producing it. You’ll manage a team of three Integrated Producers, Editorial, while staying hands-on across the pod’s highest-stakes and highest-visibility assignments yourself, rather than only directing from a distance.

Operating inside an integrated creative pod, this role is the senior point of accountability for editorial production — newsletters, email, website and video — across every platform it publishes to, including Sitecore, Staffbase and Marketo: setting the standard for how briefs move to delivery, resolving the problems your team can’t resolve on their own, and representing the pod’s production capacity and constraints to the VP, Operations.

We’re looking for someone with 6-9+ years of integrated production, content production or creative operations experience, with a strong personal track record of owning projects end-to-end and at least some experience managing producers or production staff. This is a player-coach role: equal parts hands-on producer and team leader.

Stay hands-on across the pod’s highest-stakes and highest-visibility editorial projects — newsletters, email, website and video — owning them from brief through final delivery yourself

Assemble and direct the right creative resources for each assignment across the pod

Work closely with a creative team of Content Creators, bringing their concept and creative vision successfully to market

Produce hands-on within an in-house production studio, in addition to procuring outside production companies when required, serving as a hands-on producer on the pod’s highest-priority editorial and video work

Oversee the production and publishing of content across the company’s editorial platforms, including Sitecore, Staffbase and Marketo

Coordinate mandatory legal, compliance and substantiation reviews for all external-facing content and assets

Ensure final assets across the pod are complete, accurate, approved and ready for publish or handoff across every platform they run on

Represent the pod’s production capacity, risks and status to the VP, Operations

6-9+ years of integrated production, content production, creative operations or related experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Strong personal track record of owning high-visibility editorial projects — newsletters, email, website and video — from planning through execution

Strong understanding of creative and production workflows across writing, editing, design and video

Experience producing or publishing content on platforms such as Sitecore, Staffbase and/or Marketo is a plus
