Host - Front of House Restaurant

JOB SUMMARY: Serves as the first and last point of contact with guests, managing the flow of the restaurant while creating a welcoming environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet guests with enthusiasm.
Manage waitlist and seating chart efficiently
Communicate wait times clearly.
Answer phones and assist with to-go orders .
To Specialist JOB SUMMARY: Handles all aspects of to-go and curbside orders, ensuring orders are accurate, well-packaged, and delivered to guests with care.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Take and confirm phone, online, and third party (Door Dash, Uber Eats, etc.) orders.
Package food neatly and accurately following all packaging standards
Manage curbside and front-of-house pickup.
Handle cash and card payment transactions accurately and thank guests.
