PTL is hiring CDL-A Solo and Team Drivers for OTR opportunities with higher pay, consistent freight, flexible home time, and one of the most unique ownership programs in trucking.
Drivers are paid for every dispatched mile through the day before payroll, helping maximize take-home pay and reduce the lag that often comes with traditional mileage pay.
Military Veterans receive additional pay based on their years of service, regardless of MOS.
Eligible drivers also become employee owners through PTL's Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), earning company shares each year.
Drivers living in PTL's Core Hiring Network receive even more.

These state-based increases apply to OTR drivers running 7/2, 12/3, or 21/4 schedules and do not apply to Regional, Dedicated, or Local positions.
