Tryfacta is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for our client in Bronx, NY 10461-2723 . This is a 105-week contract assignment.
Position Title: Licensed Practical Nurse
Work Schedule: Day - 7:30 AM-4:00 PM Night - 11:45 PM-7:45 AM Evening - 3:55 PM-11:55 PM
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: Medication administration and specimen collection;
Attentiveness to patients' medical and other needs;
Provision of nursing treatments;
Conduct building checks for safety hazards and ensuring patient safety;
Complete documentation in patient electronic medical records, as well as staff communication logs and other required forms as needed;
To be considered for this position, you should have: [Skills, Education, or Experience] Valid New York State LPN license issued by the New York State Education Department.
Ability to work required weekday, weekend, and holiday shifts.
Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
Strong communication, clinical judgment, and patient-care skills.
Ability to comply with NYS OASAS and ATC policies.
