At our resort, we're passionate about helping pets look and feel their best. We're seeking an experienced Professional Pet Groomer who shares our commitment to quality, safety, and exceptional customer service.

NVA Pet Resorts is part of National Veterinary Associates (NVA) — the largest private owner of veterinary hospitals and pet resorts in North America, with 1,300+ locations. Perform professional grooming services for dogs, including breed-specific and pet trims

Maintain grooming equipment and a clean, safe workspace

Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after each appointment

Follow all company policies and procedures including our safety and animal handling standards

Promote and engage in opportunities to grow sales to help achieve revenue targets and other salon metrics

Other grooming/ salon duties as assigned by site leader

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Passion for animal care and safe, gentle handling practices

Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday

Ability to work in an environment that includes pet hair, loud noises, water, cleaning products, and normal pet-related messes
