Sales Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to support our sales team and ensure a smooth and engaging customer experience. The ideal candidate will assist with sales operations, maintain product displays, and provide excellent service to clients.

Key responsibilities include greeting customers and assisting them in finding products or services that meet their needs, providing product information, pricing, and availability details, processing sales transactions accurately using POS systems, maintaining clean and organized sales areas and product displays, supporting inventory management, including stock replenishment and tagging, handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints professionally, collaborating with the sales team to meet targets and improve customer satisfaction, and assisting in promotional activities and events as needed.

Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus, 12 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, strong communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks, and a positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.

Preferred qualifications include experience in retail or B2B sales, multilingual abilities (depending on location/customer base), and knowledge of the company's products or industry.
